📋 Description
• Identify and reach out to creators and influencers on platforms such as Twitter (X) and Reddit • Initiate and manage conversations with potential ambassadors (small to mid-sized creators) • Present the ambassador program clearly and onboard new participants • Manage the outreach funnel: track responses, follow up, and maintain organized pipelines • Distribute promo codes and guide creators on how to use them effectively • Nurture relationships with potential ambassadors through consistent communication (“warming up”) • Support creators until they become active, long-term ambassadors • Provide feedback to the team on messaging, creator responses, and campaign performance
🎯 Requirements
• Strong written English communication skills • Comfortable with outreach and direct messaging at scale • Organised and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Interest in content, social media, and creator/influencer ecosystems • Nice to Have • Experience in community management, influencer outreach, or growth roles • Understanding of ambassador or affiliate programs • Experience working with CRM tools or outreach tracking systems • Familiarity with Twitter (X), Reddit, and online creator communities is a strong plus
