📋 Description

• Help manage the Communications inbox and acknowledge client messages promptly. • Draft simple, clear emails including weekly summaries, meeting notes, and update messages. • Support the scheduling of client meetings and ensure all relevant materials are prepared. • Join internal and client calls as needed to take notes, compile summaries, and track follow-up items. • Assist with new client onboarding, including documentation, scheduling calls, and follow-up communication. • Gather essential onboarding information from clients (target audience, goals, product details, etc.). • Keep reporting templates up to date and assist with formatting or cleaning up report layouts. • Update internal trackers, sheets, and templates throughout the onboarding process. • Share client requests with relevant departments and track progress until completion. • Update internal teams on follow-up tasks, deadlines, and report edits requested by clients. • Work with the Communications Director to prepare basic briefing notes ahead of client meetings. • Create basic Lead Reports summarizing prospect activity (training provided). • Maintain client playbooks, documentation, notes, and ongoing updates for active accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in communications, coordination, or administrative roles. • Strong written English and ability to draft clear, simple client-facing emails. • Excellent organisational abilities and strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage updates across multiple clients. • Comfortable using tools such as Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. • Interest in learning professional communication, reporting, and client management. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
