• Assist the Sales Operations Manager with daily tasks and operational coordination. • Monitor daily performance metrics for sales reps (calls, emails, meetings, activities). • Provide regular updates on team activity and engagement levels. • Track active campaigns, KPIs, and performance benchmarks to ensure consistency. • Flag sudden drops, irregularities, or concerning patterns in campaign performance for timely review. • Learn each campaign’s ICP, value proposition, and outreach guidelines. • Check whether sales reps are following campaign instructions and ICP alignment. • Review and listen to sales calls to evaluate quality, positioning accuracy, and adherence to messaging. • Submit clear, structured analysis notes and findings from call reviews to the Sales Operations Manager. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Assist in creating ad-hoc reports for Communications, Client Services, and Management teams. • Maintain clean, up-to-date campaign data to support dashboards and reporting workflows. • Ensure all numbers, metrics, and activity logs are accurate, organized, and validated before reports are finalised.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales operations, analytics, coordination, or reporting roles. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP an advantage). • Analytical thinker with strong numerical comfort and data interpretation skills. • Ability to write clear, simple performance summaries and reports. • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to notice inconsistencies. • Good listening skills and ability to evaluate sales call quality. • Capable of multitasking and handling responsibilities across multiple campaigns. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
