📋 Description

• Build and maintain golf course profiles, including collecting images and facility details • Configure booking rates and system parameters with accuracy • Conduct quality assurance on profiles and rates, identifying and resolving issues • Document processes, solutions, and insights into a shared knowledge base • Research potential clients to support the sales team with lead generation • Assist senior leadership, including the CEO, VP of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance

• Relevant completed qualification • Previous experience in operations, content management, or customer-facing roles preferred • Extremely detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough in your work • Quick to spot errors and ensure nearly perfect output • Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused • Possess a strong eye for design and image content • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment with a positive “can-do” attitude • Works well with a diverse team and is dependable, structured, and startup-driven • Enthusiastic with excellent written English skills.
