📋 Description
• Make and manage golf reservations around the world, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Work flexible hours based on the location of golf courses, including late-night or overnight shifts • Coordinate with golf courses to confirm bookings and resolve scheduling conflicts • Communicate with golfers to address inquiries or concerns, enhancing their experience • Maintain an organised system for managing bookings and communications • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction • Support senior leadership, including the CEO, VP of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant completed qualification • Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service preferred • Experienced in hospitality, travel, or booking systems essential • Confident speaking with clients and resorts • Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough in your work • Proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment with a positive "can-do" attitude • Dependable, structured, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced startup • Enthusiastic with excellent written and verbal English skills • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise effectively
