📋 Description
• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning • Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board • Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and statutory obligations across multiple entities and jurisdictions • Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, treasury operations, and capital allocation • Lead the Group's crypto treasury activities, including digital asset holdings, wallet infrastructure, crypto payment flows, and fiat conversion processes • Ensure robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management procedures • Work closely with payments, legal, compliance, and operational teams to support business objectives and regulatory requirements • Drive financial process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance team development • Support corporate structuring, expansion projects, acquisitions, and strategic investments
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior management or C-level roles • Experience managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction financial operations • Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury management, financial controls, and regulatory compliance • Previous exposure to iGaming, online betting, payments, fintech, crypto, or digital assets is highly desirable • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment • Experience presenting to Boards and senior stakeholders
