📋 Description
• Process and reply to all orders within 60 minutes for next-day dispatch • Follow up with customers for outstanding information • Take orders over the phone • Keep customers updated about delays • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients • Ensure client expectations are met
🎯 Requirements
• Customer focused • Strong communicator • Fast worker • Highly detail-oriented • Able to juggle multiple priorities at once • Good spoken & written English • Experience or knowledge of ironmongery/hardware is nice to have
