📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients • Prescribe and monitor medication regimens for patients • Provide ongoing medication management and therapy services through remote telehealth platforms • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Stay current with developments in the field of mental health and incorporate new techniques and treatments into practice

🎯 Requirements

• NY state license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PMHNP • DEA in the state of NY • Experience in providing remote mental health services is preferred • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatments, and medications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable using telehealth platforms for remote patient care
