📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage all required aspects to obtain prescription medication coverage for patients • Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions • Coordinate paperwork, submissions, and all related documentation to insurance companies and public/federal funding programs • Implement financial means assessments as required to maximize patients' prescription drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes required once funding has been secured • Develop in-depth knowledge of public, private, and federal funding mechanisms • Responsible for reporting all adverse events to the appropriate departments

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service in an office setting • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task to meet competing deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Bilingual: French and English required
