⢠Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with assigned PRI customers ⢠Lead customer onboarding and ongoing enablement ⢠Provide troubleshooting support for PRI users ⢠Proactively mine PRI workflow outputs to identify revenue opportunities ⢠Facilitate recurring customer touchpoints ⢠Translate PRI findings into clear, actionable recommendations ⢠Track performance and ROI for PRI customers ⢠Collaborate with internal analytics and product/technology teams ⢠Partner with Sales and Account Management as the PRI product advocate ⢠Maintain working knowledge of industry reimbursement and pharmacy revenue cycle trends ⢠Support special projects related to PRI adoption
⢠Requires a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible related experience ⢠Minimum of three (3) years in a customer-facing role ⢠Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and pharmacy revenue cycle concepts ⢠Experience supporting analytics or SaaS tools in a production customer environment ⢠Strong analytical skills ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Strong problem-solving skills ⢠Excellent organizational skills ⢠Strong consultative skills ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
