📋 Description
• Coordination and implementation of customer on-boarding activities • Supports planning and execution of customer transition readiness • Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer-specific requirements • Facilitates customer deployment and training activities • Troubleshoots hardware, software, and networking problems
🎯 Requirements
• A+ and Net + Certification preferred • Company-standard issue hardware certification and previous healthcare experience required • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service • Ability to work independently and travel extensively
