• Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education • MBA preferred • Minimum of ten (10) years directly related managerial experience • Strong blend of strategic planning, market insights, and relationship management skills • Outstanding knowledge of Consumer / OTC / Private Label product and supplier base • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating and stakeholder skills • Working knowledge of sales, supply chain management and / or inventory management • Exceptional contract management and project management skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Polished presentation skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
