📋 Description

• Drive successful go-to-market strategy for consumer products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance • Facilitate communication between consumer product manufacturers and customers • Create, implement, and improve processes for predictable outcomes • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for new and enhanced solutions • Drive tailored commercialization strategies for multiple channels • Stay informed on channel-specific trends and consumer behavior • Cultivate partnerships with Cencora leaders and ensure consistent messaging • Develop and monitor key performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education • MBA preferred • Minimum of ten (10) years directly related managerial experience • Strong blend of strategic planning, market insights, and relationship management skills • Outstanding knowledge of Consumer / OTC / Private Label product and supplier base • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating and stakeholder skills • Working knowledge of sales, supply chain management and / or inventory management • Exceptional contract management and project management skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Polished presentation skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
