• Work with our Clients to understand the client’s business requirements and ensure client requirements are defined and documented • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders using best practice methods and tools • Mediate differences in Business perspectives to drive requirements consensus • Bridge the gap between Business and IT, ensuring common understanding and alignment • Own the creation of a project plan to identify key milestones, deliverables, criticality, downstream impact and mitigation actions • Ensure deliverables are achieved on-time and in-budget; monitor project deliverables and escalate to mitigate risks • Provide timely, concise communications to functional and executive leadership regarding project status and pending issues • Identify issues and potential risks and proactively manage resolution/mitigation with Process and Technical Leads • Act as the Project Lead in development of project plan, design and implementation in accordance with Client requirements • Facilitate activities across internal teams to ensure program deliverables are on track and understood • Provide input in the preparation of capital expenditure (CER’s) for projects
• Experience in launching and supporting Patient Support Programs • Experience in business administration, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education • PMI certification or equivalent project management methodology training and hours preferred • Full project life cycle and team leadership experience with large-scale implementations specifically in managing development and data objects • Cross-functional information technology/business analysis background • Minimum of 5-7 years directly related and progressively responsible experience, and management and/or project leadership experience • High degree of business acumen in the pharmaceutical health services field • Demonstrated leadership experience operating in a high growth, high transaction multi location environment • Strong Project Management Skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and under tight deadlines • Subject matter expertise of both business process and technical support that complies with standard project methodology • Technical expertise in project management support tools like MS Project, Visio, MS Office Suite • Knowledge of Patient Support Programs, Billing, Pharmacovigilance, and ERP applications • Ability to organize, plan, and implement projects of various size and scope • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills • Excellent presentation and influencing skills • Ability to lead and direct team members and navigate ambiguity • Ability to effectively collect the Business Requirements for Application Development
