• Lead the planning and execution of a global Time & Attendance (T&A) program for a specific business segment. • Identify country-specific policy exceptions and collaborate with the policy team to develop appropriate exception protocols. • Represent business needs in system design discussions, ensuring tools and configurations meet functional and operational requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of timekeeping systems with existing workflows and technologies. • Influence and partner with global SMEs to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive initiatives forward. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to foster understanding, alignment, and buy-in for timekeeping initiatives. • Define functional requirements, validate system configurations, and ensure operational processes align with technology solutions. • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support effective end-user adoption of timekeeping systems. • Provide process designs to support change impact mapping, communication strategies, training plans, and adoption activities. • Create operational playbooks and comprehensive handover documentation for steady-state teams to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience. • Ability to travel globally up to 50% of the time as the project requires. • Proven project management expertise, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects of significant scope within a global and cross-functional environment. • Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and their integration with broader organizational workflows. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process optimization. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with process mapping (both global and local), developing Timekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and creating training content and plans. • Skilled in translating end-user experience needs into actionable requirements for IT partners and system development teams.
