📋 Description

• serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization • collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements • support user testing to achieve business goals • seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships • collaborate with IT professionals to determine if solutions currently exist or if new solutions are feasible • determine how solutions will impact existing work processes and systems • manage the integration of technology opportunities • educate project team members on business unit goals and objectives • educate the business on the value of information technology • identify, propose, and oversee execution of business solutions • work collaboratively, negotiating requirements across multiple groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience • at least 4 years of relevant technical or business work experience • prior experience in a lead capacity highly desired • requires technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills • understanding of IIBA principals and practices • ability to work collaboratively within a team / group setting • excellent verbal and written communication skills • self-motivated and self-directed • understanding of basic SAFe Agile principles and methodology • ability to prioritize work-load and consistently meet commitments • ability to work across multiple groups within IT to ensure end to end performance • good organizational skills • ability to use good judgment in conveying status and problem escalation • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
