📋 Description

• Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions • Plan and lead management team meetings • Prepare, maintain, and report on the division's operational plans • Assist in managing the budget, including responsibility for profit and loss • Prepare, review, and submit monthly billing reports for client invoicing • Strategic project management and client account management • Participate in and provide support to headquarters on various projects • Collaborate with the leadership team • Develop performance standards for functional unit managers and measure success against those standards • Contribute to proposal writing, contracts, client presentations, and pricing

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in science/healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry • At least 2 years of management experience • Minimum 1 to 2 years of client/account management experience • Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of post-marketing studies, Health Canada processes, and/or risk management programs • General knowledge of reimbursement and patient support programs, operational policies and processes, and clinical research • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including resource modeling and trend reporting • Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation abilities • Good organizational skills
