• This is a remote position; work from home full-time. • Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements. • Analyse processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. • Support testing and validation activities by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes. • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against milestones. • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate resources and facilitate collaboration across teams. • Support change management activities to embed new processes and solutions. • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project sponsors. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements. • Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations; maintain project documentation.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field). • Project Management or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CAPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications) will be advantageous. • 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to end-to-end project delivery. • Minimum 2 years of Zoho implementation experience. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects or project work streams. • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Proficiency with BA and PM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. • Ability to balance both analysis and project coordination responsibilities.
