• Operating as an extension of senior management in an established energy company, this remote part-time opportunity requires a highly capable professional to take ownership of critical commercial, contractual, and market growth strategies. • Working approximately 3–4 hours per day initially, with flexibility to adjust hours in the future by mutual agreement. • The position balances strategic autonomy with independent decision-making. • The role is focused on driving operational and commercial excellence by managing contract lifecycles and mitigating commercial risks within business agreements. • Simultaneously, it champions business development and customer engagement initiatives to identify new opportunities and implement scalable growth strategies.
• Proven track record working within medium-sized or large organisations with direct exposure to commercial contracts and business agreements. • Strong experience in sales, market development, and executing successful business growth strategies. • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Chemistry, Accounting, Law, or a relevant commercial or technical discipline. • Deep understanding of commercial risk, contractual obligations, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills. • Highly independent, analytical, and comfortable making decisions and accepting significant responsibility.
