📋 Description

• Deliver strong customer service by solving customer and booking queries in a timely manner. • Handle online chat to answer customer questions and increase sales conversions. • Organise processes, solutions, and learnings from your role into a shared knowledgebase. • Research potential clients in worldwide markets to assist sales team with lead generation. • Assisting CEO, Vice President of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years customer service experience. • Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be advantageous. • Enthusiastic energy and strong command of the English language, with excellent writing skills. • Passionate about great customer service and takes pride in exceeding customer satisfaction. • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment with a positive “can-do” attitude. • Works well with others and is well-structured, dependable, and is driven to succeed in a startup.

🏖️ Benefits

• This is a full-time, remote, 40 hour a week independent contract. • This role would require working across EU, UAE and UK hours.
