📋 Description
• Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve queries • Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases • Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with sales reporting • Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries and direct them to the right channels • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and task flow • Provide administrative and operational assistance to enable sales to focus on closing deals
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities • Confident with Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms • Fast learner with a can-do, solution-focused mindset • Reliable fibre internet, laptop, and headset • Ability to work US hours (Eastern Time 4:00 PM–12:00 AM SAST or Central Time 5:00 PM–1:00 AM SAST)
