📋 Description

• Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing. • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any queries. • Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases. • Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with sales reporting. • Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries and direct them to the right channels. • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and task flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or customer service. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities. • Confident with Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms. • Fast learner with a can-do, solution-focused mindset. • Reliable fibre internet, laptop, and headset.
