📋 Description
• Supporting operational delivery and administrative workflow for a busy sports school. • Managing client communications, customer sales, and daily incoming inquiries. • Overseeing email channels, process inquiries, and provide scheduled phone coverage. • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and submitting monthly timesheets for review and approval.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in remote administrative, office support, or customer service environments. • Technical proficiency and comfort with working with cloud-based, artificial intelligence-integrated systems. • Established, fully equipped home office setup. • Capacity to work flexible hours, accommodating seasonal workload increases up to 40 hours per week. • Capability to provide reliable phone coverage during required daily operational hours. • Required Software Skills: Slack, Asana, Google Meet, AI apps
