📋 Description
• Providing vital operational coordination for a US-based event rental business. • Managing the end-to-end coordination of event rental bookings, managing invoices. • Optimising operational efficiency by scheduling crews, directing staff, and coordinating equipment logistics, transport, and suppliers. • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive, direct phone communication with US-based customers, crews, and suppliers. • Ensuring minimal disruption to live events by resolving operational and logistical issues rapidly and independently.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, project management, or the event rental industry. • Demonstrated experience in logistics or events coordination. • Proven capability to coordinate international (US-based) customers, crews, suppliers, transport, and equipment logistics. • Ability to work primarily from 16:00 to 19:00 SAT, Monday to Friday. • Availability for on-call evening and weekend support to resolve urgent operational matters during active project periods. • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong preference for resolving issues via direct phone calls. • Proven ability to work independently, make decisive operational choices, and stay calm under pressure.

• This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential of permanency dependent on performance. • Due to the active nature of the events industry, this is an on-call role requiring availability to respond to urgent operational matters during evenings and weekends when projects are live.
