📋 Description

• Handle general accounting admin and prepare records for the accountant. • Perform bank allocations and reconciliations. • Assist with monthly financial prep and basic bookkeeping tasks. • Track stock movements, discrepancies, and product updates. • Maintain accurate inventory records. • Support the migration from Sage Online Accounting to QuickBooks. • Suggest improvements to financial and inventory tracking systems. • Use Excel and accounting software to maintain clean, organised records.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in finance or accounting, with strong numerical accuracy. • Proficient in Excel and experienced with QuickBooks and/or Sage (non-negotiable). • Familiarity with stock or inventory management processes is a plus but not essential. • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
