• Coordinate property maintenance requests and liaise with service providers to ensure timely resolution • Manage guest and property owner communication, ensuring excellent service and prompt responses • Oversee scheduling and tracking of cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness tasks • Support day-to-day operational administration, including updating internal systems, logs, and documentation • Escalate urgent issues and manage ad-hoc after-hours operational needs when emergencies arise • Monitor guest experience metrics and assist with issue resolution and follow-ups • Ensure smooth operational flow, particularly during peak days (Monday & Friday)
• Proven experience in property management, hospitality operations, short-term rentals, or a similar administrative/operations-focused role • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with property owners, guests, and suppliers • Tech-savvy with experience using property management systems or similar platforms (advantageous) • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage workflow remotely • Willingness to handle occasional after-hours emergencies • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
