📋 Description

• Proactively search property portals to identify potential investment opportunities, including price-reduced, extended-listing, undervalued, or non-mortgageable stock • Contact and build relationships with UK estate agents via telephone and email • Inquire about current or upcoming stock and negotiate potential purchase opportunities • Maintain recurring leads • Research property auction catalogues, including multiple lots with potential for title splitting, commercial buildings, farms, land, and refurbishment projects • Conduct initial research into comparable property sales and local market conditions using publicly available information • Maintain a structured database recording property details, asking prices, reductions, estimated potential, and identified structural or legal issues • Collate and present suitable, fully researched property opportunities to leadership for further assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated capability in online research, business development, lead generation, and pipeline management • Confident verbal communication skills with the persistence to make direct telephone calls to estate agents • Excellent written and verbal command of UK English • High level of attention to detail and commercial awareness • Ability to work independently from a remote location in South Africa • Experience or background in UK property, property sourcing, development, or real estate investment (desirable) • Experience working within import/export, trading, or property-related companies (desirable) • Google Sheets • Microsoft Excel
