📋 Description
• Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and design • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to guide product decisions • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies • Ensure timely delivery and quality of product releases
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role • Fluent in German (B2 level or higher) – essential for daily communication and stakeholder management • Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent) – mandatory • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
