📋 Description
• Lead engineering teams and manage software development projects • Oversee architecture design and implementation for cloud-native, microservices-based SaaS platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead • Strong hands-on software engineering skills (Staff Engineer level) • Java & Spring Boot • Microservices architecture • Angular • PostgreSQL • Experience leading engineering teams • Agile/Scrum • Excellent English • Nice-to-have: Go, TypeScript, DevOps & CI/CD, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), SRE/Platform engineering experience, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
