📋 Description

• You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks • Collaborating with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline • Conducting reviews of existing frameworks and improving them based on best practices • Utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance the test automation process • Reporting on the success and areas for improvement of automated tests • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software test automation • Good knowledge of Java • Ability to structure, design, and plan test scenarios and test cases • Familiarity with RestAssured • Experience in backend test automation • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Ability to design and implement a test automation framework • Knowledge of best practices in test automation and conducting reviews of test frameworks • Familiarity with web technologies • Familiarity with web Spring • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge • Independence, meeting deadlines, and strong analytical skills • Ability to work with very little documentation • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and understanding of how automated tests integrate into continuous integration and continuous delivery processes • Exposure to AI-powered tooling for test generation, flaky test triage, coverage analysis, or test deduplication • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery • Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work • Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development) with a willingness to explore and experiment, beyond standard approaches.
