• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines on Databricks • Handle a migration of datasets, ETL workflows, and data models from Oracle to Azure Databricks • Integrate Databricks with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI • Build reusable data components and frameworks for data ingestion, processing, and transformation • Collaborate closely with architecture, analytics, and DevOps teams • Ensure compliance, data security, and governance across environments
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience as a Data Engineer • Proven experience with Databricks (PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake) • Strong knowledge of Azure ecosystem (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, etc.) • Experience in Oracle-to-cloud migrations • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams • Experience in retail or e-commerce industries (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Event Hubs)
