📋 Description

• Manage and optimize all communication campaigns and automations via WhatsApp, ensuring the best performance, engagement and customer experience on this channel. • Plan, configure and automate WhatsApp campaign sends. • Conduct tests on timing, message format and CTAs. • Design and analyze A/B tests for challenging communications. • Create audience segmentations and prioritization rules specific to the channel.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing campaigns and automations using the WhatsApp Business API or related third‑party platforms • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing • Familiarity with WhatsApp channel best practices and policies • Required tools: Automations via WhatsApp Business API or related third‑party platforms • Preferred tools: Adobe Campaign
