📋 Description

• Perform manual bookkeeping and accounting classification or import spreadsheet data • Reconcile accounts • Prepare balance sheet closings • Analyze financial statements • Calculate Lalur (Taxable Income Book) • Prepare and file SPED ECD and ECF • Communicate with and support clients • Assist in preparing financial statements and trial balances • Prepare income reports • Request documents from clients • Prepare management controls and reports • Perform accounting classification • Be responsible for filing accounting declarations • Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters • Support audits

🎯 Requirements

• Recent experience with and knowledge of the Domínio system • Experience in an accounting firm (minimum of 4 years) • Experience working with transportation companies • Experience with clients under the Lucro Real tax regime and its specific requirements • Active CRC registration if professionally qualified • Proficiency in Excel • Strong communication skills • Degree in or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting • 5 to 10 years of professional experience • Knowledge of or experience with Omie, Gestta, Windows systems, Conta Azul, Jettax, Onvio, accounting SPED, Acessórias, and the KMM system • Active CRC registration • Knowledge of accounting, the Lucro Real tax regime, balance sheet closing, and filing income statements (DRE) • Experience in the transportation industry
