📋 Description

• Lead technical implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of SaaS solutions • Configure and customize platform according to specific client requirements and business needs • Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and platform, ensuring seamless data flow • Provide technical consulting to customers throughout implementation process and support pre-sales activities • Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers' IT teams and third-party integration partners • Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles • Strong Python skills • Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration • Experience with SaaS implementations and customer success processes • Strong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset • Experience working in an agile environment • Knowledge about ERP systems, like SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level)
