âą Assist with procurement and purchasing projects assigned by management. âą Research vendors, suppliers, marketplaces, and service providers. âą Coordinate purchasing activities and transaction fulfillment. âą Maintain accurate project documentation and records. âą Communicate with internal team members regarding project progress. âą Monitor timelines and ensure assigned projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

âą Strong communication and organizational skills. âą Comfortable working independently. âą Detail-oriented and dependable. âą Basic computer proficiency. âą Prior purchasing, administrative, customer service, logistics, or project support experience is a plus but not required.
