📋 Description

• Find public-sector and enterprise bids on portals such as SAM.gov and state procurement sites • Qualify bids against VIDIZMO's products and priorities • Write and submit complete, compliant RFP, RFI and RFQ responses on or before every deadline • Build compliance matrices and answer every requirement clearly and in full • Make no-bid decisions and explain the reasoning to the team • Write proposals for the team's other large deals • Review every won and lost bid and use lessons learned to improve future bids • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily for bid research, drafting, compliance checks and reviews • Own the bid pipeline from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Excellent written and spoken English • 2+ years writing responses to government or enterprise RFPs, RFIs and RFQs • Experience with bid portals such as SAM.gov and state procurement sites • Careful, precise writing, including compliance matrices and requirement-by-requirement answers • Track record of meeting every deadline • Sound judgement on when not to bid • Experience automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace (required for remote applicants) • Legally authorized to work in Pakistan
