📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Python/JavaScript scripts and integrations connecting CRM, CMS, analytics, email, and AI tools via APIs and webhooks • Use Claude Code to build custom AI agents and multi-step workflows • Build and maintain workflow-orchestration pipelines using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom code • Trigger content updates, personalization, and outreach based on product, CRM, or website events • Keep automations under version control and document them • Monitor automations for failures and maintain reliable operation without manual babysitting • Evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs for new automation needs • Prototype quickly using AI-assisted coding • Learn VIDIZMO products, the competitive landscape, customer pain points, and market positioning • Build and operate AI-driven systems for content, personalization, demand generation, distribution, and sales enablement at scale • Support marketing, product positioning, sales enablement, demand generation, and revenue growth for VIDIZMO's AI software products • Work closely with executive leadership on strategy and execution • Influence product direction through market insight

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field • 3-5 years of total professional experience combining software development and marketing/growth in B2B SaaS • At least 1.5 years hands-on coding experience, including writing, testing, and shipping code • At least 2 years in a product/growth marketing or GTM role • Working proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language; Python or JavaScript/Node preferred • Comfort reading and adapting code written by an AI agent • Practical experience calling and integrating REST APIs • Familiarity with git/version control • Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code • Hands-on experience with AI chat tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok for content and research • Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI concepts, and prompt engineering, including RAG at a conceptual level • Proven ability to learn complex products quickly and translate technical features into business value • Understanding of buyer intent and revenue-focused thinking • Ability to support sales, not just marketing • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-ownership role • Experience building or maintaining internal tools, browser extensions, or lightweight web apps • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platform APIs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo • Exposure to CI/CD basics, cron jobs/schedulers, or serverless functions • Proficient with SEO and organic growth strategies • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG-based knowledge systems, and competitive intelligence tooling
