📋 Description

• Diseñar, codificar y probar soluciones personalizadas utilizando Apex (Triggers, clases, procesos asíncronos). • Construir y mantener integraciones robustas mediante APIs REST para conectar Salesforce con sistemas externos. • Diseñar y optimizar el modelo de datos configurando objetos personalizados, campos y relaciones. • Automatizar procesos de negocio complejos utilizando Flow Builder y evaluar cuándo aplicar soluciones declarativas frente a código. • Configurar elementos clave de Service Cloud, incluyendo la Consola de Servicio, gestión de Casos y enrutamiento.

🎯 Requirements

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia trabajando con Service Cloud. • Experiencia demostrable programando en Apex y realizando consultas con SOQL/SOSL. • Experiencia real implementando integraciones REST (tanto consumiendo APIs externas como exponiendo servicios de Salesforce). • Dominio en la configuración de la plataforma: objetos, seguridad (perfiles, permission sets) y automatizaciones con Flows. • Comprensión profunda de la arquitectura y objetos estándar de Service Cloud (Casos, Cuentas, Contactos). • Experiencia con herramientas de control de versiones (GitHub) y despliegues automatizados (SFDX). • Deseable contar con certificaciones: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant o Administrator.
