📋 Description

• Support the Head of Procurement in day-to-day operational tasks as well as strategic matters. • Contribute to procurement projects (e.g., process optimization, market analyses, supplier research). • Prepare presentations, reports and decision papers. • Plan, organize and follow up on meetings and workshops. • Assist with coordination and planning of business travel and appointments. • Serve as an interface contact with internal departments and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Economics or a comparable degree program. • Alternatively: possibility to do a voluntary internship during a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s studies. • Strong interest in procurement / purchasing and in strategic and organizational issues. • Structured, reliable and independent working style. • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in driving things forward. • Excellent communication skills in German and English. • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
