• Manage and optimize the product portfolio, developing assortment and market positioning strategies • Ensure category targets are met , improving product presentation with a customer-centric approach • Define and manage key performance targets in collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performance • Oversee strategic and operational projects , collaborating with different departments to enhance category performance • Monitor and analyze market trends to refine and adapt category strategies • Lead and develop the Category Management team for Italy, providing strategic direction and support
• Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Strong experience (min. 5 years) in Category Management • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, constantly changing environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels, in Italian as well as English • First (professional) leadership experience • You can work remotely a lot if you like, but are able and willing to come to our office in Settala at least once per week
