📋 Description

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines • Embed security testing and controls into software development and deployment • Work with development teams across Kubernetes and containerized environments to identify risks and implement security controls • Translate security requirements into practical guardrails, standards and solutions for AI/ML, MLOps and Data Science teams • Continuously identify and assess vulnerabilities • Support vulnerability prioritization and work with application teams on mitigation and remediation • Contribute to security testing, rollout and observability • Advise teams when new security issues arise • Explore tooling and automation to strengthen application security • Collaborate with MLOps, Data Science, AI and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a DevSecOps / Application Security Engineer • Senior/Staff-level technical depth and independence to own complex security topics • Experience securing applications and software development across cloud-native and Kubernetes environments • Hands-on experience with CI/CD security and GitHub, GitLab or comparable tooling • Experience automating security guardrails, testing and checks within development pipelines • Expertise in application and cloud-native security • Kubernetes/container security experience • Vulnerability management and CVE experience • Security scanning, triage/prioritization and remediation workflow experience • Shift-left mindset and ability to work closely with developers • Experience with Python and Data & AI/ML environments is a plus
