📋 Description

• Design and build high-performance, scalable AdTech/Retail Media solutions across backend and frontend • Develop and optimize Node.js/TypeScript-based microservices focusing on performance, modularity, and scalability • Contribute to architectural decisions to improve maintainability and reliability • Build and maintain React applications using Next.js (Pages Router) and Material-UI • Implement advanced form logic using Formik and JSONSchema validation • Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces • Integrate and optimize data systems using MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia for real-time ad delivery and insights • Implement reliable distributed background processing using BullMQ and RabbitMQ • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams; participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and solution discovery • Turn complex business needs into robust end-to-end technical solutions that deliver measurable impact

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web technologies • Deep experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications in cloud-native environments • Familiarity with AdTech or Retail Media platforms (e.g., Kevel, Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, TopSort) is favourable • Experience with Node.js/TypeScript-based microservices, Next.js (Pages Router), Material-UI, Formik, JSONSchema validation • Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Algolia for high-throughput data systems • Experience with BullMQ and RabbitMQ for message queuing and background processing • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, efficient code with focus on scalability and testing • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in sprint planning and technical reviews • Continuous learner who thrives in fast-moving environments
