📋 Description

• Build end-to-end experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service, reporting and other AdTech products • Build complex web applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript • Develop reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments and advertiser workflows • Develop backend services and integrations using Node.js and TypeScript • Work with APIs, MongoDB, Redis and asynchronous workflows • Own features from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, rollout and production support • Contribute to architecture and engineering practices as the Retail Media platform and organization grow • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript building complex production web applications • Hands-on experience with Node.js or comparable backend technologies • Experience designing and integrating APIs and services • Ability to work across the frontend/backend boundary and own complete product features • Experience collaborating closely with Product, UX and Engineering teams • Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, marketplaces or B2B self-service platforms is advantageous • Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems is advantageous
