• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3 product analysts • Partner with and coach Product Managers and Product Leadership to define and track key product success metrics • Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature optimization • Build and scale standardized reporting and dashboards to monitor product performance and user behavior • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Design • Establish best practices for experimentation, including A/B testing design, execution, and measurement • Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools and empower product teams with accessible data insights • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely analysis through strong data governance and process management • Represent the analytics function in product leadership forums
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a closely related role • At least 2 years in a leadership/people management capacity • Proven experience in online retail platforms, online marketplaces, or ecommerce environments • Strong expertise in analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe, or equivalent) • Demonstrated success in driving insights that directly impact product strategy and customer experience • Deep knowledge of experimentation methods (e.g., A/B testing, causal inference) • Strong communication and storytelling skills
