📋 Description

• Drive the technical strategy for Retail Media Ad Solutions with a focus on scalability. • Design and lead development of Node.js/TypeScript microservices. • Develop and maintain high-performance frontend applications using React, Next.js, and Material-UI. • Optimize real-time and high-throughput data systems, integrating with MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia. • Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to align technical efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional software development experience. • 2+ years in a Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, or similar leadership role. • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and cloud-native system design. • Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable microservices and frontend applications. • At least 3 years experience in AdTech (Retail Media highly preferred). • Comfortable leading technical discussions, mentoring teams, and influencing product and business outcomes. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and cross-functional environments.
