📋 Description

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for the OTC and open-choice segments successfully. • Conduct annual and terms negotiations with manufacturers – with a special focus on central KPIs such as purchase discounts, rebates and payment terms. • Analyze and optimize KPI-based control metrics such as margin, sales development, delivery performance and sales dynamics. • Identify assortment growth and margin potential and align it with company objectives. • Work closely with Retail Media, Category Management and Demand & Supply to derive and implement joint measures. • Monitor and analyze market and competitive developments in the OTC and open-choice segment as a basis for strategic decisions. • Build and maintain sustainable, partnership-based relationships with manufacturers.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in a commercial discipline or comparable commercial training. • Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the OTC/open-choice or FMCG sector (Health & Beauty). • Persuasiveness and solid experience in price and terms negotiations with manufacturers. • Strong analytical skills in handling metrics and reports – combined with a pragmatic approach. • Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint. • Good written and spoken English skills. • Experience with ERP and analytics tools is desirable.
