📋 Description

• Support day-to-day management of IT controls • Follow up on open tickets • Collect and upload evidence to the required audit tool • Track and close actions • Work with stakeholders on outstanding topics • Independently drive assigned tasks forward • Improve and automate IT control processes using Excel, Power Query, and Python • Contribute to an integrated controls setup • Explore automation and connections with Jira, Confluence, and their APIs • Organize control activities, documentation, and deadlines • Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field • At least one year of studies remaining • Good knowledge of Excel, including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables • Ideally some experience with Power Query • Hands-on Python experience is a plus, ideally through an automation, university, or personal project • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Experience using or connecting to APIs is a plus • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT • Interest in applying AI, prompting, automation, and everyday workflows • Self-reliant and process-oriented • Confident communicating with stakeholders • Fluent English skills • German language is a plus
