📋 Description

• Independently manages the full lifecycle of small and medium-complexity SDLC projects • Takes complete ownership of planning, execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction • Manages 3+ full SDLC projects as sole PM • Creates and maintains an Integrated Project Plan (IPP) • Proactively manages RAID items with effective mitigation plans • Manages diverse project teams across geographies • Conducts interviews and provides hiring recommendations • Fosters a high-performance team culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or directly relevant experience • PMP certification required • DASM or equivalent agile certification required • Completion of Crucial Conversations, Everything DiSC Workplace, and Situational Leadership training • Soft skills in communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, adaptability, team building, leadership, decision making, emotional intelligence, collaboration and presentation • 1+ Lunch & Learn delivered • 1+ RED Talk delivered
