📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, analytics, and IT, to implement personalization goals and requirements. • Develop and execute personalized content strategies across Adobe's digital platforms. • Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, specifically Adobe Target, Analytics, and Data Collection (Launch) to implement and optimize personalized experiences. • Work with the user experience and testing & optimization team to plan and implement new user experiences. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer data management and marketing technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, marketing, digital media, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience working as a software developer, data engineer, or related role, focusing on marketing technology, personalization, and optimization. • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically, Data Collection (Launch), Analytics, and Target. • 3+ years of experience developing applications using JavaScript. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven track record of driving successful outcomes in optimizing customer journeys. • Knowledge and experience with conversion rate optimization.
