• Recruit and manage a high-performing team of measurement leads across the country • Enable your team to leverage measurement results to drive impact with clients- developing performance benchmarks, meta-analyses, case studies, media & creative best practices, and refinement/optimization to our audience and targeting strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness of ad campaigns. • Develop and manage to specific goals for study execution and consultative client impact • Lead operational efforts to enable automation and scale measurement impact across Reddit
• 5+ years of experience in advertising or analytics at a research vendor, measurement company, social media platform, media owner, client or agency partner – with at least 1 of those years working in digital advertising. • 3+ years of experience managing high performing teams • Familiarity with attitudinal survey research, offline and online sales/ROI measurement, impression/attribution/conversion tracking. • Knowledge of North America Measurement solutions, vendors, and norms. • A strong background in the execution and analysis of quantitative and qualitative studies • Ability to represent your team in a high performing leadership team. • Experience building strategies for your particular area • Proven ability and experience working with partners and internal product teams to bring new services and capabilities to market at a technology company. • Experience working cross-functionally to scale measurement solutions and programs • Familiar with the ad tech and ad measurement landscape and the primary vendors, products, and services that advertisers use to measure performance - and how it all works from a technical perspective. • Preferred: 3+ years in a tech company/social media platform environment
