• Lead discovery workshops and map as-is / to-be IRM, TPRM, and BCM processes • Identify and design high-impact Agentic AI use cases (autonomous assessments, AI-generated BIAs, continuous monitoring, due diligence automation) • Define AI workflows, prompts, agent roles, guardrails, and evaluation logic in collaboration with technical teams • Design ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, and BCM workflows aligned with regulatory frameworks • Create user stories, process documentation, and support client demos and adoption
• 2-4 years of experience in risk management, TPRM, compliance, or operational resilience • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, or BCM • Strong understanding of enterprise risk and compliance processes • Familiarity with Generative AI, Now Assist, or AI-driven process automation • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
